High 5!
Today’s practice is a bit shorter to keep you in the game. However, it is full of energetic hygiene and revitalizing poses to ground you in order to keep you going!
If you are tired, these poses might seem a bit difficult and it may feel like you are a block of dead weight. I encourage you to simply acknowledge that, slow down your pace, and use the breath to break on through.
The breath is such a powerful tool for mood transformation.
This pranayama technique may help you as we move through our 30 Day Journey.
Ujjayi breath is awesome! But it is just a tool. It is just something to play with, an anchor for the mind. I find that there really is no one “right way” to breathe. Often we get too caught up in “breathing right” that we do not allow the breath to connect to the natural rhythm of the body.
So for now, just breathe.

This practice will help you shake off the blues to feel revitalized and fresh again!
Use this Day 5 practice to check in with the breath. Let the breath be the soundtrack to this practice. Notice what it feels like to be ALIVE today. Meet your edge but don’t take anything too seriously. Today is a reminder to have some fun! Smile and stretch it out. Give thanks! You are ALIVE!
