Thoughts for today:
- I have found that getting a space heater going in the room where I’m going to do yoga is really nicccceee! Start it up about 15 minutes before you hit the mat and off you go. Not only does it help on these frigid days, it loosens things up faster and helps you get deeper into a stretch or pose. Worth a try right???
