Cue: You Gotta Be

Today, I invite you to put any fears you might be holding onto – to the wayside.

Allow any fear of the unknown or fear of the future to be put aside.

Today, I invite you to focus on the postures and the breath to fill that fear space.

Let any and all sensations inspire the next moment in that playtime! Keep a sense of humor in your balancing postures and remember focus is good – but Yoga need not be taken SO SERIOUSLY.

We have 3 more days and the goal is simply – to keep getting back to YOU.

So don’t skip out!

Flexible, Fearless, and FUN Yoga Practice – equipped with Plank Playtime!

This 16 min practice is a great reminder that we can have fun on the mat. We don’t need to take yoga so seriously to have a connected and focused practice. We don’t need to be so serious to get a workout. Let’s have some fun as we explore on our mat and check in with the present moment.

Day 27 gets the juices flowing and focuses on flexibility, balance, and breath.

This video strengthens and stretches all major muscle groups, inviting you to build your practice based on Days 1-26.
