Day 3 – 30 Days of Yoga & Meditation to calm the mind for Beginners

Happy Wednesday! I think we’re all settled in and ready for a successful 30 day run!

Things to share today:

  1. I listen to music during the yoga practice with Lesley. I just open up another tab and let it go. I like it a lot especially during savasana:) This it the one I’m using now but there are lots of good ones out there. Yoga Music
  2. Last year when Andrea and I could not longer brave walking outside, we use to do the miles inside. I started doing that again today and thought it was worth sharing in case you all want to get some steps in. I’ll add these on the days try a new one.

Adho Mukha Svanasana: Downward dog – one of the most common yoga poses. Like an inverted “V” shape.
