Dance Break!

This last week of videos is designed to support you, carry you, and inspire you.

It is often easier to just be told what to do. But in this last week, I encourage you to be your own guide.

(I’m delighted and honored to be there too.)

If you are the type of person that prefers just to be told what to do – then this might be an interesting week for you.

Don’t worry, I am still plenty bossy in the guided videos and offer plenty of options and ideas for “playtime.”

So – we start off this week with a dance break, with room to freestyle.

I know this seems obvious but I am going to repeat it again for dramatic effect.

Stay receptive as you work to build strength and unlock space.
