Whether your day is sunny or not, we practice Sun Salutations to get the blood flowing and give thanks on DAY 10!

Surya Namaskara is the ultimate sequence to have in your home practice tool belt. It is a great warm up, great for the systems of the body, relaxes the mind, reduces stress, awesome tool for weight loss, etc.

But for me, it is a gratitude practice.

Totally.

This salute to the sun reminds me to give thanks to the big picture. I’m not sure why, but I have always dropped into gratitude when I set out for some Sun (Or Moon) Salutations at home.

So today, it is quite simple…
