One Week!

This is your one week mark!

Way to go!
By now I hope you have realized that this 30 Day experience is not about doing it all one way or the other.

As you can see, we are a beautiful and diverse community of people looking to find what feels good.Maybe yesterday’s video excited you. Or maybe it pissed you off.

Either way, today I invite you to ride the energy of yesterday’s practice (or challenge) and take it with you into today’s sequence.

Take care of your body, rest when you need to, breathe deep – but ride the wave. Stick with it because tomorrow we take it down a notch and try a different flavor.

In fact, if you commit to today’s practice you might just enjoy tomorrow’s moving meditation more. That’s right.Set intentions for each practice. Be kind to yourself.

Day 7 opens up the side body and invites you to create space as you build total body strength.

Use this practice to get the heart rate going and build strength.

This sequence focuses on core strength and side body length!

Meet your edge mindfully – don’t push!

Practice non-harming, mindful action, and alignment!

Drink a tall glass of water after this practice.

Today is a new day!
